Meetings & Calendar

Meetings that know the rest of your work.

Talk from any chat in one click, schedule around real availability, keep your Google and Outlook calendars in view, and let outside guests book time with you. Every meeting keeps its chat, its notes, and its links to the work.

Volobox meetings

Start talking without sending a link

Select Quick meeting in any chat and the people in it walk in. Anyone in the meeting can invite someone else from the workspace, whether or not they are in the chat. Voice, camera, and screen sharing are built in, with background blur or a background picture, reactions, and a raised hand to ask for the floor.

The meeting sits beside your work in the side panel, or in a window of its own you can put next to another app. Scheduled meetings can run in Volobox too: pick Volobox as the provider and everyone joins inside the app, no external link to send.

Scheduling

Find a time that actually works

The meeting dialog checks the people you add before you save, and every meeting gets the same toolkit.

Availability check

Warnings for overlapping meetings, approved vacations, holidays, time outside working hours, and busy time from connected calendars.

Recurrence and RSVP

Recurring series, per-date answers, and invitations that arrive in each person’s Inbox and Agenda.

Notes and chat

Every meeting has shared notes and its own chat. Notes become workspace context agents can cite.

Any video provider

Volobox meetings, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Jitsi, or a link of your own. Volobox creates the link for the providers your team has connected.

Vacation-aware

Approved time off counts as busy everywhere availability is checked, from the meeting dialog to booking pages.

Agents that schedule

Ask an agent to set up a meeting. It checks availability and brings back a meeting card you approve, showing where it will be held.

Calendar sync

Your Google and Outlook calendars, in the same day view

Connect your company Google account or your work Microsoft account, and your events show in Agenda and on Home next to your Volobox meetings and tasks. Personal calendars such as Gmail, iCloud, or outlook.com come in by their iCal address.

You decide which calendars block meetings. Teammates only ever see a Busy block and a time: never a title, place, guest list, or calendar name. Answer Google and Outlook invitations from the event card or straight from your Inbox, and copy your Volobox meetings to Google or Outlook if you want them on your phone.

Booking pages

Let outside guests book time with your team

Publish a page where prospects, candidates, or customers pick a time without an account. You choose the options and their lengths, the weekly hours you take meetings, and which teammates host. Open times already leave out other meetings, vacations, working hours, and busy time from connected calendars.

Every booking becomes a normal Volobox meeting. Guests get a link to reschedule or cancel, and when a host can no longer make it, the meeting moves to another free host, or lands in the page owner’s Inbox if nobody is free.

After the meeting

What was said does not stay in the call

AI insights from Zoom

For Zoom meetings, Zoom AI Companion’s summary of each session appears above the notes. Only the organizer and the people who were in that session can read it.

Action items into tasks

In a direct chat, an agent can read a session’s insights for you and turn the action items into tasks, under the same access rule.

One place to look back

Notes, the meeting chat, and linked tasks stay on the meeting, so the next session starts where the last one ended.

Chat, docs, files, and announcements are on Collaboration. Your own Home, Inbox, and Agenda are on Personal Productivity.

See your team’s week in one place.
